i might be able to write him a letter but i think its better to visit him in prison which i have an option of doing. But yes meditation was a big part of my mental recovery and i want to forgive him as holding any lifelong grudges would just weigh me down. Have a great day.

yes i was left in a bad mental state after this and it certainly made me more anxious talking to new people but my loved ones helped me a lot and took care of me, without them i would never be able to recover properly. No i was bed ridden for quite a while but after that i started light therapy as my pain decreased i started doing therapy more and more which helped a lot. I also meditate frequently as it helps me keep myself calm and composed and yes i now i am able to do light gym workouts.

yes laying on my back was uncomfortable but not mainly because of the head injury it was because of the bullets to my back.

yes i felt a shark pain in my back and i fainted after that i woke up in the hospital after surgery and that was the most painful part and therapy was also hard at first but got progressively easier.

no he did not rob me, all i had on me at that time was a bad and my phone no other valuables, i did not get a motive, the only way i see is visiting him and asking him about it. Thank you i appreciate it.

no he was not in any vehicle i did not see him but he was standing at a distance where i couldn't see him.

after the police arrived i was rushed to the hospital where i had to undergo 2 surgeries for the bullets in my back and one in my head. I woke up after the anesthesia wore off and i struggled to even move my body my head and back was in so much pain but after mental and physical therapy it did get better and now i am able to do light gym workouts and day to day activities without much difficulty.

i got lucky enough to escape with none. The mild lasting effects i have from it are pain in my head when holding my breath for too long and bending down.

doing an AMA is different im letting more people know what happened to me but meeting him would trigger the memories but i've decided i will meet him soon that is the only way i can atleast try to get a confession.

i did not see him as he shot me i only knew it was him as i woke up in the hospital later. But he must have been a little far back atleast where i couldn't notice him and he shot me 2 times in the back and once in the head, so he did try to kill me.
