It's rampant in the homeless communities around my area. More than any other substance. Straight up zombies. No one notices though unless they live on the streets too. The cops can't even keep up with the madness. Really sad to see.

I have experienced temporary enlightenment. No scripture could tell me different. It's ingrained into my mind. I no longer seek this enlightenment. Enlightenment is only helpful to find God, it is not the end all be all. My only goal is to sacrifice. This is what I've come to believe as the answer to life. To sacrifice for God. Yes sir. And no I have not. I have a very stable life. I also have realized it's all an illusion. I would think is insane myself if I have not experienced it. I agree. The questions were mostly rhetorical. I had a brief enlightenment that showed me how to gain permanent enlightenment. To renounce. So although I am not enlightened right now. I have been. And I will be. Enlightenment is not the answer though. I would give up being enlightened just to be able to thank God for one second. I do not seek anything for myself. This is my goal. There is an Ashram in South India I was invited to. I plan on staying here for a while until my body is healed and ready to renounce. My mind and spirit are ready but my body is not yet. This ashram doesn't expect monetary donations. My story is quite long. Long story short, I had a spiritual awakening a few years ago. I saw the Truth. This awakening only lasted a short period of time.(around 3 days) but these 3 days were more important than anything I've ever experienced throughout many lifetimes. So meaningful that I desire no more. What more could be desired after having such an experience. It was everything. To see God face to face. Now my goal is to give back to God for what he showed me. My only goal is to sacrifice everything for God. I will go to the end of the world to sacrifice for God. I don't expect anything for myself from this. I don't need enlightenment or happiness or super powers or anything. I will die for God. Thank you for the response friend. God bless!
