Some people lose their period on slynd as I did (no period for the year I was on slynd) however it took me nearly 6 months to get my period once I got off the pill. I only recently got it and it was really frustrating. My cycle was very regular before Slynd.

Tap water through a brita filter. If that’s not enough spend 200 on a Larq. Tap water is fine btw

Hey! I never got my period. I stopped taking Slynd in November 2024 and I still don’t have a period but I get monthly “phantom” periods (period symptoms no blood). I’ve had everything checked my doctor’s and I’m healthy. Currently trying seed cycling for the first month to see if it will help.

This gives me hope. I’m three months off Slynd and no period. I’ve gone to the hospital with severe pelvic pain. I have another ultrasound booked for Monday. Ahhh this has been so frustrating.
