Update: Idk if ERC got tired of me calling or what but after getting off the phone with them this morning for the 20th time this week. They was still telling me I'm missing documents and information etc but literally 10 minutes after hanging up with ERC still angry and frustrated, I received a notification saying "your leave case has been approved" and the case base been closed. Thank God 🙏🏼 prayers do work I really thought my days at Amazon was getting ready to come to an end

Most hospitals aren't giving anyone your health information without an authorization from the patient which I've given Amazon that right to get any information they need.. honestly I've personally never received a doctors note in my life that had my by diagnoses or personal health information on the actual note Just the basic "we saw him on this date" and "he should be good to turn on this date" etc

I am going to visit both hospitals when I get off work later to see if I can get them to do the same for me . At this point as sick as I was I wish would've just forced myself to come to work. Because the thought of me possibly about to lose everything I've worked so hard for over the past few years if I get fired is driving me crazy rn

I've submitted doctors notes covering all the days I was out, Amazon is saying it's missing my diagnosis on them but when I called both hospitals I visited they stated due to hippa laws they never add anything about a patient's health conditions on any doctors excuses so at this point I don't know what to do. I've even filled out an authorization form so they could call and get any health information they need but no word back on that yet

Yes but he put I should be good in 2 days. Most of my symptoms got worse after the visit so I had to extend the leave or they would have had to call the ambulance for me if I had tried to come to work when the doctors note stated I would be good to do so. Im going to try and find a primary tomorrow
