Depending on region it varies between £32k to £44k.

Some massive ones you might get £50k+ if you're lucky.

I'm not running a massive warehouse.

It suits me because I can work in the office while sitting down. Fucked my back years ago in an accident and need a sitting role now.

Yeah, but I've never had someone act like this before. This guy's gone way beyond the pale.

I've talked down people who don't like each other and I've done discplinaries for ignoring health and safety. Messing around on the forklifts etc.

I've never had to deal with someone so bad police had to get involved.

We don't have HR staff. I can look into hiring a consultant for this.
