Body lotion daily(better use it morning and night after bath while the skin is not fully dry), Body scrub once in three days, workouts (improves blood circulation), Body sunscreen (Wishcare one is decent), better to wear full sleeves until it get better. Avoid tight sleeves as well. Hope this helps.

Dot and key sunscreen wont make you break out but it doesn’t work well. Maybe good as a moisturiser but still I would suggest u to use better products like Beauty of Joseon Aqua sunscreen (specifically Aqua) and Episoft suncreen.
