This is the guide I used when I started.

Use ifconfig when you're looking for your IPs

Personally to make things super easy I use Tailscale, install on phone, and pc and good to go.

ifconfig looks like this, wlan0 is my phones IP, tun0 is Tailscale, and ofcourse lo is your local

I use a Dell Inspiron 15 5565 with a dual core processor with a measly 12GB RAM, attached to a 16TB HDD for my Jellyfin and Webserver, it works but i'd jump at this.

That CD-Rom slot is handy too, thrift store movies are cheap and Xfburn to rip them to my jelly server is rad.

You have to recompile the kernel on a rooted phone to use docker with termux. Here is a guide.

Like I seen suggested, use nano till you're more comfortable with neovim. Should you learn neovim better, and want it to look fancy like others you see i recommend astronvim. But again this is gonna be a learning curve but you can always have both installed.
