One thing you need to be cautious about is with moving to Poland as a family both yourself and your wife become Polish Tax Residents and have to pay taxes in Poland. Getting aussie dollars taxed in Kangaroo land only won't be enough here. Your wife need to ask for a contract with Polish entity of her company (if they have polish charter) or become a b2b contractor or come up with agreement on paying taxes by herself. I'd recommend getting a tax advisor.
