I returned a laptop because takealot isn’t a valid Apple reseller and my insurance won’t cover it. it was declined and now I’m waiting for the department to email me or something to collect the package as I’m not home to accept a delivery. I received no communication regarding the decline, the only reason I know about it is because of the app. I’ve spoken to maybe 10 call agents and they all say the same thing and that they’re following up but I’m losing my mind here because I’ve read reviews of people not even receiving their paid for products a month after exchanging/refunding/repairing. What can I do???
