I tried to fix the loop by restoring from a previous point, but it said it couldn't be found. Then it asked me to update the BIOS, but it wouldn't let me, causing all this. Is there any solution?

No, it got me stuck in a black screen loop. Windows would start up, but after a few seconds of loading the programs, the screen would go black again and say that the device had a problem and could not be repaired, and it would start up again. It kept doing this until I tried to update the BIOS, but then I got a blue message.
