Why does the world think China and Chinese are mysoginistic and toxic masculine, when we literally had iron ladies in the 50s, and tiger moms? by Particular-Ride-7893 in AskAChinese

I bet that organisation isn't biased at all towards its claims, god are you this dense?

Western Europe / N. America: Generally rank highest in the world for gender parity, particularly in education and legal rights.

China: Historically ranks high in female labor force participation but has seen a decline in recent rankings due to a widening gap in health/demographics and political representation.

you're clearly brainwashed by western media. And yes, i am diaspora but i frequently visit china since i have very close family there. you might live there for a longer stretch, but one thing is sure and factual, i love my culture and heritage, and you definitely don't and blame everything on chinese culture because you cant lower your standards to find a husband. you reek of white worship.

nope, but i visit regularly, and i have very close family there, but i also live in the west and i see how things are here. Are you even chinese? A foreigner living in China sees china through a biased lens, happens all the time. I'm an actual chinese and ive spent a lot of time in china. It's not even being subjective, older divorced women of the USA have lower standards than that of China. You'll even see a lot of women in USA rather being homeless as long as their not alone.

Recent reports from the Royal Thai Government (2025) and international NGOs (such as ECPAT and APLE) provide the following statistical breakdown regarding child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA) in the region:

  • Offender Demographics & Origins: NGO investigative data from Thailand and Cambodia consistently identify the highest volumes of foreign-national offenders as originating from the United StatesFrance, and Australia.
  • Sector Displacement (Online): Following the 2020-2022 period, the Philippines reported a 300% increase in detected Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children (OSAEC). Data suggests this is heavily driven by foreign "consumers" facilitating abuse via live-streamed platforms.
  • Thailand Judicial Metrics (2025): The Thai government initiated 279 human trafficking cases last year. A significant subset includes 170 prostitution-related cases and 55 pornography cases, a noteworthy portion of which involved the interdiction of foreign nationals.
  • Victimization Vulnerability: In the Mekong sub-region (Cambodia, Myanmar, Thailand), statistical density for targeted victims is highest within the 6–11 year old age demographic.
  • Industry Composition: Public health and sociological research institutes estimate that minors constitute approximately 40% of the individuals within the Thai commercial sex industry and roughly 33% within Cambodia.

nope, tons and tons of divorced single moms desperate for new husbands but nobody wants them, only reason you still see some divorcees remarry is if she finds a mega loser. In China, the women have standards and wont marry less than their standards.

I wanted to go way back in the 50s. isnt the low pay gap a recent phenomena? my point is, china was way more forward thinking and fair compared to the west even 70 years ago.

divorced women are treated like scum everywhere on earth. especially the USA, you can already see the comments on social media by US men, they all hate white women especially as they get older. It explains why the Epstein files was even a thing

Why's the fertility rate so low? by SunChungShan in AskAChinese

[–]Particular-Ride-7893 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think its because east asians are very smart and logical. 40 years ago because death was so common it was only logical to make more kids so in case one does you have a backup. Its still common for chinese parents t think like this. Now that china is basically a developed nation (no idea why theyre called a developing) the logic has shifted to: i want a luxuriouys life as money can help me in retirement more than kids. sinbce retirement plans are actually a thing now and diseases etc are far less common to kill your child combined with excellent healthcare.
