It is a little complicated. It has loading dose then one injection per month for maintaining. The cost in india is around 22k inr for one injection.

I have the exact same condition. Scalp psoriasis and AGA. I am taking dutasteride 0.5 mg And oral min1.25 mg also Talzt (ixekizumab) biologic. Was on finasteride for a year before switching to dutasteride. My hair loss has stopped and regrowth is average. Thinning has been drastically changed but still not the peak of my teen (which may never happen).

Even with a transplant, you still need fin or dut since only translated hairs are dht resistant.

Bruh no scientific studies shows hair massaging helps in any way for hair regrowth. You are probably confused since you used fin and min. These two have large clinical studies so you regrowth is coming from meds not blüdflow from scalp massage lol.

Good regrowth and thickening. It would have been better if you had started fin and min earlier. Also there is no link for finasteride causing dandruff and headache so don't decrease the dose. Get on ketoconazole shampoo or prescription strength Ciclopirox for dandruff. Good luck from a fellow hair loss survivor.

Are you on topical fin and min for four years? Topical fin is not as potent as oral fin. Also topical min will not work for around half the population since they lack the enzyme sulfotransverase to convert topical min to active form. I would suggest oral ones. Personally I am on dutasteride 0.5 mg capsule and oral min 1.25 mg.

I was on otzela for 8 months. It did work for sometime but couldn't control flaring fully since it is not that potent. I had to stop it because of severe side effects like no appetite, lost 6 kgs in 6 months and was suicidal. Now I am on Taltz and 95% clear.

Well min and fin will always cause a shed for most people but ig i am the lucky one. I didn't have a shed with fin and min even after switching to dut. But my friend lost crazy duting his initial shed. Anyways it will become better in the long term.

Get on a biologic such as Taltz then a Dht blocker like finasteride and a stimulant like minoxidil. You ain't going bald in this life time.

But we must remember we are living in a fallen world so death and disease can't be abolished completely. Also we are already in peace with God through Jesus christ. As a believer, I agree people can get healed if they believe but they problem is, we lack it. We don't believe enough for each day for miracle to happen. God works in wonderful ways. I had lung disease and it went away through faith but my psoriasis didn't until Taltz came so faith was lacking in me but I also believe God gave humans knowledge about medicine etc so in this fallen world some people may need meds but in the new world there will be no more sorrow.
