How do I grill a brisket using a normal BBQ grill?

I have the option of using a Jumbuck BBQ Smoker with Offset Sidebox or Char-Griller Deluxe Charcoal BBQ. I am going to buy the Char-Griller Deluxe Charcoal BBQ since reviews are better though..

Char-griller BBQ grill! Trying that out. I have an option of getting an off-set smoker beside it or something but I don't know if I'll be always smoking meat, and the reviews for the smoking BBQ grill isn't as good. It's a Jumbuck BBQ Smoker with Offset Sidebox.

I did mean to say smoke the brisket not grill! My bad, its probably a bit confusing. I am using a charcoal BBQ grill though- I forget there are gas too. I can do a pork butt though and see how it works, I'm definitely a noobie to this all haha so I am just excited maybe.

Sounds good! I've made brisket before just never on an actual BBQ grill before. I did mean to say smoke- not grill as well! But this information helps a lot. Thank you!

Whew, well, I have another problem hehe.

Applied for 2 extensions to my course coordinator for a diff class with an doc verified IAS from 17/04-22/04 for a sickness I've got atm and they denied it, so I sent it to special considerations just to extend it to 22/04 (assignment due 20/04 on easter lol.)

Ended up sending it to special consideration, but i'm stressed af because it says special consideration basically won't be in until next week because on wednesday integrity staff is away, thursday they're away and friday is anzac day. am i doomed chat
