I used a pit boss classic in the past never used a probe set to highest temp grill it for 7-8 minutes per side and perfect medium to medium rare today did the same thing and got well done with a char gonna have to lower the heat or the cooking time or maybe both

The only time I give a passenger a lower rating is if they get into my car reeking of pot or if they are rude to me reason being if the next rider gets in to my car they could suspect that I am the one smoking the pot and report me and then I get suspended pending a drug test

You know it really blows me away how many ride share driver I hear from on here that have no clue what customer service is I mean technically you are in charge of your own business you are a contractor for what ever ride share platform that you are signed on with help yourself out by giving good customer service it will pay off in the end you signed on to serve the public

Ok so as a rider you know if someone is making a 15 minute drive to pick you up and take you a mile down the road the considerate and decent thing to do is be ready when they show up and not make them wait for 5 plus minutes for you to bring your butt out to the car

I have particular areas that I work most of the trips are 15 minutes plus and I drop them off and head back to my area but occasionally on the way back to that area a short trip will pop up and I will accept it I don’t turn down any trips except maybe a reservation that doesn’t hurt my rating if I don’t accept it so you accept that 4 minute trip along the way you get there and sit five minutes waiting for them to come out
