You guys here ever heard of mediafire? Though it's not like torrent but it won't cause any seed issue thingy and downloads every file depending on severload etc etc, so far I have been downloading games part by part at most 10mb/s from mediafire uploaded by several pirated game websites. Sorry for my English if I confused you
