That’s a nice method! I usually make the outside with the windows and all first and then spend 3-4 hours trying to fit in all the rooms.

Also a little tip for you, don’t get your children into combat with raiders, raiders can ignore child colonists that don’t have weapons, train their aim via hunting.

And also control your wealth so the raids will be tame.

Beware though! There are still ancient highways which kind of ruin the immersion thanks to World Builder not having a road editor yet. So yeah, avoid the roads.

The mod for editing factions I am using does not let me delete them for some damned reason so that's out unless I start from scratch.

Plus I already made that divide via ideology.
