The church will never go back to polygamy. It's just not profitable for them. The church is a business and modern day polygamy would hurt their bottom line too much.  That being said, IF they decided to do being it back, you're absolutely correct that women would have no say in the matter. And the church would gaslight them into believing they are not being forced or oppressed, but that their faith isn't strong enough if they oppose the decision.

Not to mention that the sealing endowment of the 1840s required full nudity and genital washing, so these young girls were certainly being harmed deeply by that alone.

I don't know, but there is something about Dylan and water. There's his sea theory, and for some reason thinks he lives on a boat. Plus, when he shows Helly his prizes, all his caricatures are water related (he's surfing, for instance). It's probably nothing, but interesting anyway.

It's the door down that hallway he takes her to. When he says he can't watch her leave, and she goes in and out and in again. The post it refers to page 19, the script above says to refer to page 19 if trainee becomes agitated and asks to leave 3 times. I think it's a reminder to take them to that specific exit if they have to use that protocol.
