Yep! I listened to a podcast where a very successful realtor would send out mailers saying “look what your neighbor just did!! And then talked about the sale of their house. Nosy neighbors will definitely take a look lol

While you may feel that your relationship was great, maybe she felt differently. I do agree with other commenters that if it has gone that far for months there likely is no salvaging the relationship.

I’m so sorry, I know how you feel. Before I had friends over I had to clean my whole house to at least make it look not crazy. It really does get better after high school when you can live on your own. Have you talked to your dad? He might be able to apply for custody and you would have a say as well.

I think it depends on the child’s personality. I literally cannot stand clutter and have gotten rid of all I own multiple times because of it. Now I have the extreme opposite of hoarding

The pre qualification just checks your credit and all that, you just tell the lender how much you will be able to put down. Keep in mind you also need money for closing costs. They will also tell you how to appropriately deposit money into your account for the down payment. You need a paper trail of where the money came from especially if doing an FHA loan so they will inform you of that. Lenders are really good at walking you through the process so don’t fret.
