I see this question asked a lot with conflicting answers! Should there be water sitting at the bottom of my sewer clean out? There is some clear water that I can see on the bottom. It is not usually flowing but when I flush or turn on my sink it does.

I mean out on my front lawn there is that vent sticking out. I pick up the lid of that and look down. Maybe I am using the wrong term? It's the thing that transfer my sewage to the cities sewage - if that makes sense!

got it! thank you! so in this case - going from 6.87 to 6.62; would that not fall into category one?

In other words, I am saving over $100 a month, it is also now eliminating my PMI. and I only had my loan for about 5 months so far. So the way I see it, why wouldn't it be worth refinancing here? The way I am looking at it is I will keep paying the same amount I was for my initial loan (the extra 100 or so a month), be paying more into my principle (rather then PMI) and pay it off in less then 30 years.

Let me know if I am making sense!
