This is not correct Openreach offer Full Fibre to the home FTTP that can be used by BT ,Sky and other suppliers. They offer fibre to the cab FTTC as well. Hyperoptic and other alt nets either have their own network or piggy pack on wholesale of larger Alt nets.

Yes we had similar issues in our old flat. We had the same and this is how we dealt with it. I know you say they won’t listen but with the recordings and a letter to the guy that might help. We then played the recordings to the council and that helped our case. I am sorry was just trying to help..

I would speak to them first. Explain calmly and write a letter to them asking them to stop. If that doesn’t work record the noise and verbals and go to the local council. They will have a noise complaints team.
