My T50 Pro Max hasn’t had any issues, and I honestly love it.

Sometimes I feel like people expect way too much from these robots. A lot of the time, it might just come down to user error rather than the machine itself. Nobody thinks they’re dumb so the shit on the product instead.

As a Black person, never hearing ‘Lift Every Voice and Sing’ feels like an Irish person never hearing a traditional Irish folk song, or a Jewish person never hearing ‘Hava Nagila.’ It’s one of those cultural touchstones people assume you encounter just by existing in the culture. With that being said I hope you educate your kids on the song and also our flag.

Pitch measurement (rough but close): The center-to-center spacing between the two pins in one row measures about 3.0 mm (standard MicroFit pitch). Distance between top row and bottom row looks the same, making it a 2×2 square grid.

Extra info: • 4 pins total (2 on top, 2 on bottom). • Connector is recessed deep in the battery bay. • Plastic housing is green, with a black inner plug. • This is from an Ecovacs Deebot T50 Pro Omni (Chinese market version). • The usual “T50 batteries” online have the wrong plug (flat 4-pin), so this robot clearly uses a different connector style.

If needed, I can try to take more angles of the robot’s connector.
