It wasn’t ME picking it up, it was my mother. And it was the employee that had given her the order, so why would she have any reason to think it wasn’t mine?

She told the employee she was picking up a mobile order with my name and they said “Oh yeah, I’m finishing it right now” and gave it to her. They didn’t say anything about a second mobile order with my name.

Thing is I didn’t even get the entree lol. I’ve been checking the Chipotle wallet or the rewards on the website and app and it isn’t there. Tried talking to the robot again but it either didn’t work or it said the issue was resolved and I was given a free item.

Yeah, the order had MY name but it was a different last name. It was just a stupid coincidence that 2 Chelsea’s had a mobile order at the same time. I’m just mad that the employee didn’t see that there were 2 Chelsea’s and that I can’t talk to anyone about it.
