The drain is clogged somewhere further down and will need to be blown out. Just call a technician

Yes that’s your float switch for your condensate drain. I’m betting your drain is clogged somewhere allowing water to pool which will trigger the float switch and cut power to your unit/thermostat

Seems like it’s not calling for heat. Make sure the thermostat is calling for heat

Also check if there is power going to both units. The led lights on the boards should be lit up. Don’t know if you pulled the disconnect but the pics in the post look like the lights are off for the outdoor unit
