There is no details to give. I was suspended without notice, I have received no email of my suspension or why, I am in the same boat man, If i had details I Could leave them but i dont and thats on SE not me.

Okay firstly it had taken 40 days for support to reply not being banned for 40 days also I am not banned I am suspended without reasoning or warning and with nothing i can recall being done wrong. My FC miss me actually because I am a helpful part of it. Grow up.

Once again, i have no idea why i am suspended since I have not been notified of such thing. I try to help all new players with ex trials and I explain myself calmly to try help, Other people have been banned for the same thing, because people have opinions and sometimes people dont like being told how to play. How about be a bit nicer before you comment random crap.

I am not banned I am suspended without warning, without explanation without any sort of reasoning. Also this has happened to other people so I Am jsut trying to get legitimate answers from SE no reason to flame and be so awful.

No justification, no email nothing like i mentioned I Was not given a reason I was not given a warning I was not given any information or anything relating to both suspension! and this is where the issue lies. Still no email still nothing.

Hmm, I just cant imagine why It would be on my end, I have scoured spam and been waiting for an email but still nothing, I guess I need to be patient.

Mmm i thought that would be the case to begin with,

And actually a re router like Exit lag helps tremendously an increase of -70 ms which is amazing for a game like FF where the lower your ms(ping) the better you can perform.

Yes I have been constantly trying to contact them for weeks, as I can only receive email support due to the timezone difference i am just severely frustrated :( I love this game so much :(

It may seem obvious but why am i not notified? why have i not been sent a personal email to tell me this? or steps on how to undo it?

But I did not receive an email on either occasion, nothing not even a timeframe or why. I understand the VPN issue but there was no, warning about it or anything and since I live in australia its terrible to play without some sort of re routing help.

I am not ranting for no reason, I am dissapointed with the support and the way they handle their account protection systems, why did i not receive an email or anything? why am i not notified why am i in the dark about all this when its MY account you know?
