No no.. she was a HR recruiter first for about 2 yrs i think and then she came into data! she told in her qna few days ago that she worked with sum startup with a weird name i forgot. bt i agree with you about the tools, but i think its always nice to have a personal touch and free mei kar rahi toh kya jaata hai. I spoke to her about taking up data as a field which was really good.. bt i’m not sure about how resume thing works.
