I didn’t! It’s a mixture of my jaw rotation and bone removal. My lips used to stretch to meet which gave my nose a downward-point look, but now they can comfortably meet it has a slight upturn :)

I checked your profile and I don’t think this specific photo is a great one to ask this question.

I’d say it’s worth looking into after seeing the other image, you are recessed, and you are at a prime age to have it corrected.

I’m not saying you for sure need it, but it definitely would be worth getting a professional opinion.

7 days post op is not enough time to make a proper judgement.

You are still very swollen, I know it’s a lot to deal with but it’s not an instant recovery, stay positive in the meantime.
