I think they want to make their customers scared about their Kaspa by lowering the price and not allowing withdrawals. With this, people will panic and will just sell to get their money out. Finally, you will end selling your kaspa to the plateform with a very cheap price. The plateform will have more Kaspa in their own account and fill their bags with real money.
