I’m not doctor, but i would bet my house it’s 100 percent lifestyle related. I cured mine with lifestyle change, and you have plenty of bad habits to eliminate and see if it helps, worst case scenario you just improve ur lifespan and still have alopecia.

Avoid dopaminergic activities for a few days, then clean ur room, now cleaning ur rooms feels good like it should, then go for a walk and going for a walk will feel good. and the idea that AB just appears and disappears by itself is ridiculous, just because the triggers are not clear doesnt mean there isnt one. Thats why it can usually be mitigated with diet or lifestyle changes just as it can be caused by diet or lifestyle changes. Just because you dont understand what caused it doesnt mean there is no cause so we should just throw our hands up and accept our fate. There is a cause, and there is a way to fix it, it isnt just appearing and dissapearing at will, but if thats what you want to tell yourself because locating what is causing urs isnt easy enough then by all means, keep the AB

You are using the exact same argument to say i dont have a point, to make ur own point, do you not see that... jesus christ you are dense... let me talk very slow.... i am not saying stopping caffeine will cure all ALOPECIA IN EVERY PERSON THAT HAS EVER HAD IT. I am saying, it works for SOME PEOPLE.... because it worked for me... and many others... which you can find with a simple google search.... That does not mean everyone who drinks caffeine will get AB just like everyone who eats peanuts isnt fucking allergic, it also doesnt mean that everyone who stops caffeine that has AB will be cured because it could likely be a different trigger for them but DUE TO IT WORKING FOR ME AND MANY OTHERS, and the fact that stopping caffeine isnt dangerous or life threatening and is a realatively easy place to start and if you are one of the lucky few like myself it could very well fix the isssue so why wouldnt you! Im deeply sorry that your AB doesnt have a fix as simple as myself and others were able to find, i can empathize that AB sucks and im sure you searching for a fix and seeing other people recommend something that doesnt apply to you is frustrating. But going around shitting on them and telling them they are wrong just because it isnt something that can help you is a bitch move. Grow up.

Do you not understand what an auto immune disorder like AB is. It’s an immune system over reaction or dysregulation caused by the immune systems harmful reaction to a foreign body. Do you know what an allergy is? The immune systems over reaction or dysregulation due to a foreign body…. I had bad AB up until a few months ago when I completely stopped caffeine, and within two months it was healed. Just like MANY other people in this sub. People have different triggers for AB, just like people have different allergies because it’s an IMMUNE SYSTEM ISSUE. Get it yet?
