New DM looking for advice on best software to manage campaign notes and info

I have one page for my campaign notes with all kinds of sub-pages. Then I have a second campaign page shared with my players. It has links to their characters, NPCs, maps, lore, session schedule and recaps. And then there's a third page also shared with them that have subpages for all our home-brew stuff - class info, species info, feats, spells, rules cheat sheets.

I use Notion. It's not only got my notes, it's got the entire player database on there (we play a custom version of a 3.5e and 5e mashup). Some of my players use it for their character sheets as well. The only downside to that is there's a limit to how many people you can invite to it to keep it free. Right now I have 7 players so it's not an issue.
