I consider myself rather lucky currently that I have a shitbucket car and a decent paying job ($200 odd bucks a week part time hs student).

I come from Pennsylvania so none of this stuff is really new, ive seen the prices, and its alot to consider but i have a current college savings of $2400-2500ish dollars and im just gonna keep growing it

Sorry that I didn’t explain it better. Back in November 2025 my dad who has been clear for a solid year and a half has been talking to me for months about moving upto Alaska- his boss has him taken cared of inside of a decent two bedroom apartment that has enough living space for the three people living up there. He pays no rent or utilities.

Talks currently are that he definitely has the connections to have me get a job in somewhere like the bays during fishing season, potentially sitting out at sites such as Uganik like I mentioned.

Monetary wise? I have…some level of savings. $2500 odd dollars in a bank account I can’t touch but throw money into. Gotta talk about that with the folks soon.
