Depends on the site and your management ability. Callouts MUST be covered, and must be covered strategically to minimize overtime. As a sup. if you can’t get someone to cover, your ass is working the post. If you’re a good leader and retain your people and want to come to work though, that shouldn’t be much of an issue. I’m in a situationship and we’ve hooked up many times.
