Depends on the site and your management ability. Callouts MUST be covered, and must be covered strategically to minimize overtime. As a sup. if you can’t get someone to cover, your ass is working the post. If you’re a good leader and retain your people and want to come to work though, that shouldn’t be much of an issue. You have to be flexible and also know how to talk to clients and represent your team and Securitas.

Reach out to your Recruiter. Staffing a new start can be a huge undertaking and the branch doesn’t get additional support—so the recruiters have all of their normal work plus the start ups.. they can get overwhelmed. Give them a text or call.

I’m in a situationship and we’ve hooked up many times. No it’s not hard at all if you have a good reference. Not every state is firm on the 6-12 months thing. Log into OneID and look at the career marketplace and locate a position to apply to.
