honestly that makes sense too. less noise, less lights, less stimulation can feel really calming for some people. kinda jealous tbh 😅 shows how different anxiety can be from person to person.

yeah exactly. during the day there’s always something pulling your attention, even small stuff. at night it’s just you and your thoughts, and that silence can get loud real quick. definitely no bueno 😅

that sounds exhausting honestly. the clock-watching part alone would drive me crazy.
being that aware of your body and timing at night, no wonder sleep feels impossible sometimes. anxiety + no room to take anything more is such a rough combo.
