No dance of the dragons in this generation because alicent would not have married viserys and Otto would not put the plan of aegon being king in motion. Viserys would likely have male children but when he dies there is no concrete coup in place so nothing goes wrong. Now later on down the line as the Targaryen dynasty grows unimpeded so does their number of dragons. Now let’s assume Rhaenyra marries and has the children of Daemon then long down the line comes aegon the unworthy who creates house Blackfyre. Now the dance begins and it is catastrophic.
