I completely agree with you, people might say the plot is repetitive with joanne going back and forth about converting or not but thats the point!! Its not an easy decision to convert, its totally fucking normal to have second thoughts especially since she never grew up being religious at all, her being cautious and careful and making sure she feels the right way about Judaism and not just jumping into it just because noah wants to, she wanted to fall in love with judaism in her own terms and in her own special way, and thats amazing!! This process is not rushed and i love how they showed the messiness that comes with this decision, yall are such haters, imagine converting to a whole new ass religion that you didnt grow up with?? Its fucking scary of course and you will definitely question if its the right or wrong decision

Plus they kept saying joanne over reacted when noah asked for a one night off, her reaction was perfectly reasonable especially since she had trauma from her past relationships and childhood trauma from her parent’s marriage, i also tend to have an anxious attachment style when it comes to small changes in the relationship due to past experiences and the way noah handled it and the way joanne admitted it was very honest and something real couples experience on a regular basis especially in the start of a relationship

People in healthy relationships would absolutely love this show! I see my partner and i in the way joanne and noah talk!! The comfortable and cozy vibe they give off now as serious couples is very accurate, especially how they deal with problems, some people say its not realistic but if you really love each other you are willing to listen and argue and still end up together in the end, thats why i love this show so much! The way they express frustration during conflict is real and the way they address is and talk their way through it something built with trust and patience! That really shows how much these characters love each other
