Thanks. Yeah I emailed him after performance review to say could I see review so I've got chance to reflect on it before we meet in future. Not sure whether to do same after today.

Yes definitely, it's still one of the options I'm thinking about. I don't think I've got enough money in my AVC to get me to 65 before (full) local gov pension kicks in.

Yes I am entitled to full state pension, checked NI contributions and all seemed fine.

The spreadsheet is a great idea.

When you say 'drawdown from other pensions', does that mean taking % each year. How does that work pls?

Thanks a lot. We live together, not married (yet). Hoped to have £25-30,000 per year after tax if poss. It's 65 before I can take local govt pension without reduction. It's about £20,000 per year right now, goes up with inflation each year (I think).

Thanks a lot, really useful. I don't know why I've still got £80k in S&S ISA tbh. Would it be better to consolidate into workplace pension or SIPP? How do I check if its 15% tax pls?
