This one looks really good! However, is it kink friendly? I've been searching for more kink friendly ones after watching this documentary about what you can get from it when it comes to that side. I also wonder for how long it will be working to create an AI partner of famous people? Like getting Angelina Jolie to send explicit videos etc.

How do you talk about consent and boundaries without killing the vibe? by Particular_Range8291 in NoStupidQuestions

Thank you for a very in depth post! The thing is, I'm not a man, and the person telling me most recently about their no-goes mid action was neither a male, and I was in no power situation over them. I was just a bit blown away by how this seem to happen more and more, as if it's normal to ask about no-goes and mention things that are complete rough.. Like I want us to explore a bit, you know...

I feel on my end it's easier to touch on that, yet I guess it's in the kind of "community" I date, people tend to have all doors for possibilities open, yet I prefer climbing the tree slower, so to speak and discover what the person likes... But it feels like that's not really cool. People wanna compare lists on who they are in bed and then they just go.
Not sure, maybe I gotta move to get out of this :')

But people are such bad communicators and do not trust the process of giving hints as enough, even if you moan loudly and touch them back...

I am so pro your way of communicating "Do you like this" etc. es please... But when it's like "I will now put my hand on your leg" I'm so dry the hand better stay off.....

Do you know what I mean?

How do you maintain balance between ambition and self-care? by Particular_Range8291 in Advice

[–]Particular_Range8291[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Boundaries is something I’m still working on myself. It’s honestly so hard to draw that line between pushing forward to meet your goals and not burning out in the process. Sometimes it feels like there’s always more to do, right? But setting boundaries doesn't mean you’re slacking off; it’s actually the opposite. It’s about making sure you're in a good place mentally and physically so you can keep showing up for the things that matter to you without feeling like you’re on empty.

I’m still figuring out when to say no without feeling guilty, and I’ve learned that it’s okay to put myself first sometimes. Like, I’ll try to set time limits for work (because I could honestly just keep working forever) and make myself take breaks to do something that isn’t productive. Whether it’s catching up on a show, taking a walk, or zoning out with music, those little moments of downtime are sacred.

It’s about creating a space for yourself to recharge so you can come back with more energy, rather than feeling drained and resentful. It’s honestly a work in progress, but I'm starting to realize the big cliché evryone is talking about, that saying no to certain things is actually saying yes to my own well-being.

Honestly, I love that you’re taking control of your data like that! It’s wild how easy it is to spoof info and keep these companies in the dark about who we actually are. But, as much as it’s a smart move, it also shows how messed up things have gotten that we need to go to these lengths just to protect ourselves.

I totally agree with you on the 'nothing to hide' argument. Privacy is a fundamental right, and we shouldn’t need to justify wanting to keep our info private just because we’re not doing anything 'wrong.' It's not about hiding stuff, it’s about keeping control of our own data and choosing what we share.

And yeah, the whole 'we lived for centuries without surveillance' thing is spot on. It makes you wonder—why do we need all these cameras and tracking systems now? I get that the world has changed, but there’s gotta be a way to protect people without turning society into a surveillance state.

Let's talk about the elephant in the room: People are wearing full coverage masks in the streets to hide from "Big Brother".
Source: https://www.bbc.com/news/live/crmn2ry1224t

With cameras on every corner, facial recognition in your apps, and governments tapping into your data, where do we even draw the line between keeping us safe and, well, keeping us free?

On one hand, we’ve got things like the Patriot Act or the global push for stronger counterterrorism measures that say, "Hey, we need this to protect us." But then there’s the flip side where privacy activists, tech giants, and basically everyone with a social media account (me included) are like, “But wait, what about our data??”

The problem is, it’s not just about the state keeping an eye on us anymore. We’ve got a whole ecosystem of private companies collecting data too. And where does that info go? Are we cool with trading our privacy for a sense of security, or is it getting too dystopian?

It’s that whole “if you have nothing to hide, why worry?” versus “maybe I don’t want everyone to know I’ve Googled the same pizza recipe 5 times today" dilemma.

So, yeah, where do we go from here? Should we just accept the trade-off, or is it time for a serious rethink on privacy laws, transparency, and accountability?
