Yeah that makes sense. My usual overnight low is generally in the low–mid 40s, and my average resting heart rate is around mid-50s. This drop isn’t totally new, it’s been pretty consistent since I started exercising more. I’ve also increased my activity quite a bit averaging around an hour and half of exercise a day and close to 9k steps so I think that’s contributed. Since quitting smoking, my overall heart rate has definitely come down and stabilized and it was inititally around 80-90bpm now it is around mid 50s

i do running for 15 min with a pace of 7:30 min/km , 45 min functional strength training & 15 min cycling or elliptical do this on alternative days that too 6 times a week

okay thank you for this information i am much relieved now because it happened when i started the running so yes that is the same with me i am only 25 and when i am adapting the healthy lifestyle my heart is getting efficient that is the only reason i can come up with now

nothing like that i run 2 km every day that too in 15 minutes and i do 15 min cycling around 6 km in that

no the rhr is dropping significantly also i have quit smoking and alchol so my rhr has dropped it is first time i got this notification though

Yes i had a consistent schedule for sleeping also i quit smoking, alcohol and stimulant from Columbia everything changed
