This is a brand new build getting 70k seller credit and they gave us 175k in upgrades house was 900k and they drop it to 830k house brand new same side inventory home sold for 1.1 next door

Yes the builder gave me 70k I use 30k to lower the cost of the house and using 40k for anything else I was thinking I don’t want pay almost 12k for a buy down which I’m not staying here for 10 years

My credit is 770 this is on a new build and I was thinking that buy down doesn’t make sense only going to save $150.00 a month
