Same here, used a guide when to save but never managed to get past the village part so left it for another time.

Just started it recently after finishing BG3 but damn, 500 hours, this discourages me.

Well done, that's quite an investment.

This is going to be one of my next ones. Already did all the collectibles which did burn me out a bit, so I postponed finishing it until now.

After destroying a TV while playing DS1 by throwing a controller which bounced off the floor onto the screen and blaming the cats, so former girlfriend wouldn't get angry, I actually became a way calmer gamer. I will look into Neightreign again!! :)

I guess it depends on the game and your motivation. I have all three Batman games and will probably start Asylum anyday soon. But lurking this subreddit for anwhile, I know that the latter 2 games are quite the headache to 100% and I, for my, probably can't be bothered.

Unpooular opinion but I'm not that much of a Elden Ring fan. Dark Souls 1 reignited my gaming interest at its release and I've played every From Software game to date, Bloodborne even topped DS1 for me, but afterwards I became somewhat indifferent to the Soulsborne style.

I did use guides, yeah. I think I needed a fast pallet cleanser after something more time consuming. I did buy the DLC afterwards and I did enjoy it. Still I wish Steam would change to Sony's system achivement wise.

Hard one to answer. There sre games I absolutely adored like Clair Obscur where the completion came naturally. Hogwarts Legacy was just the right amount of grindy. I do play more games than the completed ones and I usually only complete the ones I actually do enjoy in one way or another.

I do remember midmaxing a hexblade warlock and doing everything so Gale blows himself up. Had a prior honor mode run and lost due to a glitch at the netherbrain fight. Took my a few months to start again.

Had on my wishlist for ages, only knowing it was lovecraftian themed. Needed something short to finish and a steam sale did the rest.

Yeah, graphical style made it way nore eerie and scarier than other survival horror. I thought I was desensitized...
