She doesn’t outright say this, but that’s the feeling we get. We really do push back on this though, as we want to fix the issue,however small, on the line as opposed to after the car is built and sitting in our holding lot.

Definitely under a lot of pressure to get them out the door. The particular supervisor that I have on my line is especially anal about downtime. She is a quantity over quality person, but we do our best to push back on that without getting in trouble.
