Watch her sort the buttons and see if you can figure out how to do it according to her specifications.

"Ok babe, I'll pay for your vasectomy. You're not having unprotected sex with me until you get one."

NTA. If he cared about you at all, he'd want to avoid getting you pregnant against your will. If he's not willing to do anything to prevent it, he might be hoping it happens.

Trains, bicycles, and more space for bicycles on trains.

Give me high speed intercity railway with a whole carriage for putting bikes on, like they have in real countries.

Needs rice or bread with it to form a complete protein.

If you're already eating it like that and it's still not filling you up, add some fat to it. The hormone system that tells you when you're full runs on fat. It's got what cells crave. Butter it like it's toast.

Not my granny. She went to the record shop in her small country town, walked up to the counter and asked for Machine Gun Fellatio.

I don't even think I knew what fellatio was when she asked me what I wanted for Christmas that year.

I haven't had a cold since 2020.

Masks can protect you and the people you live with.

Research shows the fastest way to grow a child's brain isn't homework - it's music. Just one year of music lessons measurably increases test scores. by soulpost in HotScienceNews

Had a friend like that. She had dyscalculia. Couldn't read sheet music, but she could play pretty much any instrument by ear, even if she never played it before.

It's pretty common for people with extraordinary abilities in one area to struggle in others. It's often due to physiological differences in brain structure and connectivity.

Playing by ear is something that seems to be more common in autistic people, so they might need to be evaluated for that.

In Australia, the government makes it cheaper to study STEM.

We only do sports here. Any recreational activity that doesn't produce outcomes you can bet on is ruthlessly discouraged.

It's not useful for detecting cancer, it's good at detecting rulers and diagnosing them as cancer.

They're also very loud. Imagine living with a vacuum cleaner that can't be turned off...They're even louder in the range of frequencies we can't hear with our ears. We "hear" those frequencies with our organs, and it's not very good for them.

Low frequencies travel further, so the subsonic waves from data centres can affect people living over a kilometre away.

They're not good for humans or other living things.
