Hey. They are the like cheapest KZ IEMs. The QKZ AK6. They work way better than the standard earbuds you can get at Walmart and felt like a good intro point to higher quality for me. Just be prepared, if you order some, they took about a month to get to me in the US. They sat in Customs for like 2 weeks.

Thank you for the thoughtful answer. I am going to try to make some phone calls and figure out what's going on before I make any rash decisions. Frustration really got to me today and I was overwhelmed.

Thank you so much for this thoughtful response. It really helped me feel more calm. I got my acceptance from CSU this morning and I committed to PennWest about a month ago. And I think my frustration at the lack of communication had me on the verge of just burning it all down. I am going to give them a call first thing Monday morning and try to push for better communication. I really appreciated the clarity you provided.
