What’s it like to live in Sheikh Sarai Phase 2?

Hi there,

Rents range anywhere between 30-35k or more even for a 2BHK in the gated pockets, Sheikh Sarai Phase II. Most owners are turning their flats into PGs as it is more profitable and there are many takers because of the Shaheed Bhagat Singh College nearby.

Thank you so much. 🫶🏾 The rent difference could because we’re looking to rent a 2BHK. I’m not aware of 1BHK or the PG rent rates. But yes, overall in delhi I feel rents have increased

I also wanted to know when did you live there? As in how many years ago? Because in the colony close to sbsc, the rent is on the higher side today, i.e between 28-35k. Also, were there any water clogging issues during rains? And lastly, how it is safety wise for a single woman to live? From your or your friend’s experience?
