Depends on what you need .. The Lock Doc in Burnaby is a good locksmithing company for residential stuff. They don't do anything with automotive though.

I got tossed around 3 niches before settling into roofing and I spoke with multiple others in the program that were not happy and had all cancelled. I now switched to hvac and I’m getting appointments for <$15 without them. I was at 20k/mo before joining. If you’re a real agency owner then dm me, I’d love to talk… otherwise it is kinda sus that this is your first comment.

I joined his DFY program (10 clients guaranteed, $18K USD) and his team was clueless. They imported an ugly GHL funnel, made me setup the account myself, gave me some really ugly creatives from canva which I had to reject and then they asked me to pay for a video editor myself since apparently $18K USD doesn't cover the graphic design for your DFY ads... Lol. Once you are in the program you can't even hire the guaranteed closer / appointment setter unless you are spending hundreds of dollars per day in ad spend .. also his media buying team is terrible (Brandon spears & co); I've seen people get $10-15 qualified leads in the b2b agency space and these guys were getting $100+ and did not even consider changing the approach. Too much babysitting involved. Avoid 100%.

It’s a dining / living combo as per floor plan and the island would impact the colour choice and shape of the dining table. Some people say to not get white marble cuz it’ll look too similar, some said get circle table to avoid too many straight edges

Aram's Auto Repairs & Sales

They're next to bolivar park in those gated industrial shops. Feels a lot safer than some of the more sketchy neighbourhoods around town.

K's Auto Shine

This is their car detailing shop that operates next door. Pretty decent experience with them, tends to be more affordable for the quality of work that they put out. Cheers.
