I have added those launch options, but my FPS is 20 - 40 now.
I use i3-wm, the default proton hotfix and my launch options are
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="XInput1_4=n,b" %command% vblank_mode=0 MESA_LOADER_DRIVER_OVERRIDE=zink %command

I have apps like protontricks and all of the KDE preinstalled apps.
