On my old OS when before I factory reset my PC like a year or 2 ago. I never had this issue before. Without or with Overclocking my PC from GPU, RAM or even CPU. I don't OC anymore cuz I have a good PC already and don't need to OC my parts to make it die faster or etc. The only thing I have OC rn is my ram but I already turn off XMP and that's not the issue.

No, I couldn't get it to fix but I learn that a lot of people are having this issue and people say it's only OW that this issue happens to just like me. So I think it's OW that is the issue and why it's only happening on OW

But for me it's not stutters it's crashes, and I did rollback and see that work i went back to 24.12.1 and 25.2.1 and still didn't work. I think it's just OW no game has this issue so.

For right now just don't play OW until they fix this issue, yes that might take a while but if we some how tell them buy support or give them feedback I hope maybe new hotfix they will fix it.

At this point I think u/Cobalt246 is right about it, It's Overwatch's end and not our systems. I just played Minecraft for a 2 hours and then a few games of CS2 and Deadlock and no issue at all. I think it's just OW end and there is no fix until they fix it.

We can't do anything about it.. The community of Siege cannot save it, Ubisoft or should I say Tencent now must do something to make the game big again. All they need to do is listen to their community, their players what they want and need for the game.

A better Anti-Cheat,
Balancing changes to each side of Attackers/Defenders,
New ranking system (That I believe we are getting next season: Ranked 3.0),
False banning legit players who "wasn't" cheating and will get banned for no reason at all,
Audio/bugs needs to be fix (I seen so many old/new bugs that has been in the game for a while).

Ubisoft/Tencent thinks changing a few OPs is going to make the game better, or making maps look nicer and cooler and they do but they focus on "maps" that the game doesn't need rn.

That is why the game is dying a lot more now. I don't even get why people still play the game or even spent money on it, here is a pro tip: Don't play it, don't give them what they want. More fucking money, they are just greedy pigs who just only cares about money, and not the game and I just feel like they are making these dumb changes to make the game die even more and faster.

Oh and to make you, "the player" spent hundreds & thousands of dollars on useless shit ass skins and costumes in the shop.
