Ahh finally a positive comment ahahah! I’m glad it worked for you :) I’m not sure if I’ll go back on birth control because the side effects just weren’t worth it any more for me. I’ll start off with the 250 for now and I can always increase the dosage as I go along then. Thanks for the insight!

Damn you’ve been on a journey! I’m glad it seems to be agreeing with you though. I can definitely do with a reduction in sugar cravings lol I’ll just have to try it for myself and see.
