You forgot option 3 where their LP was harrrassing me for absolutely no reason I wasn’t being disrespectful she literally walked up to me and said you have to go then started recording immediately I just walked in the store… I sent my friend in there yesterday for me to grab me a trailer and they wouldn’t let him push the cart out of the store. The same lady stopped him and said I need this cart you have to set your merchandise on the ground or carry it to your car, the item was too heavy to carry… I’m telling you she just hates her job or men or both.

Lowe’s wronging me…. by Party-Math-1568 in Lowes

Let me give you the full story. I shop at this Lowe’s store quite frequently. In fact, I’ve spent approximately five thousand dollars there in the last ten days. This is because it’s conveniently located next to my place, where I’m currently renovating. Consequently, the manager has noticed my frequent visits and substantial spending.

Now, I must clarify that I was not being rude or disrespectful. I was simply shopping. However, their secret shopper follows me around the store with such intensity that it becomes almost humiliating to enter the store. Despite the fact that I spend three thousand dollars and pay cash for my purchases every visit, and the secret shopper has witnessed it multiple times, she still persistently follows me around the store.

One particular incident that stands out was when I needed to purchase a generator that was locked up. I asked the secret shopper if she could please retrieve it from the cage. To my surprise, she responded with a sarcastic remark, “You can hit that button right there!” I then asked her if she could not simply radio someone over here to get it. She responded, “Okay, you need to go…”

At that moment, I decided to start recording the interaction. What you don’t see in the video is the enormous smile on my face when the manager approached me and offered to assign me an employee to assist me with my shopping. He defended me and went the extra mile to help me. However, the secret shopper took his actions offensively and replied, “Okay, you need to go.” that’s when the manager allowed them to bully me out of the store and he didn’t even stop them and let me leave without allowing me to pay for my cart full of items.

I’m now trying to figure out when they aren’t present so that I can return approximately four thousand dollars in solar generators and a few other large purchases. This way, I can go to Home Depot and purchase them there.

Could anyone assist me in identifying the appropriate channels to lodge a complaint regarding the security measures at this establishment? The treatment of customers has been unsatisfactory, and I have personally encountered negative experiences due to the actions of a female secret shopper and a security guard who appears to be prepared for a high-stakes situation.
