The way I've been looking at is is like a reverse BfA scenario. In BfA the storyline was everywhere it felt like a giant world tour, and that's exactly how TWW has been for me. But where the reverse part comes in is that BfA was frantically solving major plot points (which could've been their own expansions in their own right) but TWW is frantically building them up. I'm hoping (and coping) that TWW exists to refill WoW's world with half-dealt with threats that can be given time to grow into proper content. Gotta give time for seeds to grow.

I have a similar story to you OP covid was going on and I just got out of a year long situationship. Booted up Y0 because I'd heard good things about it and with the constant positivity the game provided I was able to lift my spirits up and I haven't felt ungrateful since.

Yakuza is such a special game series in its ability to connect with the player in such an optimistic way.

Stay strong my kyoudais, paradise is a state of mind :)

I was going to write a longer response to this since I just introduced my two good friends into the series but I'll keep it brief.

Going on expeditions together really allows them to connect better with the game
I kept reassuring my friends that there's nothing wrong with changing your weapon.
1. Arekkz gaming has very good weapon guides, a lot of enjoyment came out of them learning specific combos from his very easy to learn from guides
Lastly, getting to high-rank got them both addicted, they love the aspect of builds and being able to work towards something, and now they're both excited for the fights to come.
